I went online to renew my drivers license in TX. I assume this site was the free state site I always use because it was the one to pop up when I put in the web address. I went through the prompts and included my Visa info thinking I was paying for my renewal. I shortly realized this was not the case. I phoned the company, but because it was my error I accepted the $24 dollar lose. I found the correct FREE site and completed my renewal. A month later this company charged my account $9.97. I was very upset. The company said I had been enrolled in a monthly service account. They did agree to refund my $9.97 (which I'll monitor for return) but I suggest they authenticate their site because it is intentionally misleading!
