I recieved the trial packages from both Lorelia and Alore, paid the shipping and handling and in June I recieved another package of both products. These were charged to my credit card and when I tried to return them, I found no mailing address. Since then I have recieved another batch of product and have been billed again. When I was finally able to contact someone at the company they refused to give me a return address or an RMA number.
They refuse any returns. This is a scam.
