I purchased this product along with Alore off the internet. I cancelled the order for Alore with no problems because when I trided to order Lorelia, the transaction wouldn't go through. I did have a number I could all at that time and the customer service person told me that it wouldn't go through because they had sold their quota for the day. I became suspicious and that is when I cancelled the Alore order. To my surprise, approx. 1 week later I received a package for Lorelia and my credit card was charged. When I tried to contact them via phone, I could no longer find a number. So I sent them an email on May the 13th telling them that I did not want the product. I wanted my money back and asked where I could send the product to. I didn't receive a response. Today I received another jar of cream from Lorelia and I checked to find that they had charged my credit card again. After reading the complaints on the internet, I decided not to bother contacting them and I am pursuing fraud charges. This has really turned me off purchasing anything off the internet.
