Unauthorized 68 Pound Withdrawal From My Bank Account

They have taken money from my account without my knowledge I have not applied for a loan from this company, I contacted the bank as this happened before and contacted loans direct who refunded me back the money but this company has taken 68.00 pounds from my account

I went online applied for a payday loan i was told that i was approved so i was expecting these people to put money in my account instead they took money out of my bank account! How crazy is that!
