I ordered PGC buy 3 get 2 free and got on the refill program on July 4th and got an e-mail stating that both of those transactions were charged to my bank account. As of today, July 23rd I have yet to receive the product. Also on the 18th I received an e-mail confirming my order for a free trial monthly supply costing 69.95. I never authorized that transaction. I was never on the internet at that time to make the order. I am not happy and I will contact my financial institution if I do not receive the product with in the week. I have also tried talking to someone using that phone number that they listed and each time I have been placed on hold due to a high number of calls. I just want to be able to talk to someone. There should be someone available to talk to past 5 in the evening because most people work till 5 and can't make phone calls at work.
