I ordered a 2 week trial for 4.95 of pure gardenia cambodia Plus. I began getting calls from the company wanting to 'confirm' that I had received the product. The trial came and I confirmed that it had arrived and each time declined to enroll in their weight loss program. On the 18th of sept, my account was billed an additional 89.99. I immediately wrote to customer support and was told " My name is Alexis and I will be assisting you today.
I just looked into your account and it looks like you have ordered the $4.99 trial. As stated in the terms and conditions on the checkout page, the first bottle you receive is on a trial basis. After the 12 days of trying it out following your purchase, without you having let us know otherwise, you were then charged the full amount for the price of the product. You also have been enrolled into our convenience program, where a new bottle is sent out every 30 days thereafter to refill your supply of Pure Garcinia Cambogia Plus. Once you are done using however many bottles and wish to cancel out of the members program, you just have to email us asking to cancel your membership. As of today you have been cancelled out of our auto ship program.
