I am writing this letter regarding Monthly Letter I’m receiving for payment Amount: $1146.86.

Back last year about November a Contractor that was working for New York City trimming Sidewalk Trees.

My Wife asks the Gentleman to remove branches that was hanging over our Home in that process branches felt on to the power line and brings it down, which at the time the Line was running across my Property Which Con Edison later remove.

In April I get a Bill from Con Edison saying a Claim as being made against me in the amount of $1.146.86
Which was turn over To JNR Adjustment Company Inc.

I Call Mr. Tom Powers of JNR Adjustment Company Inc. Via telephone about March and told Him I am not responsible for any damage that was done to any Property.

The Damage was done by a Contractor that was working for New York City trimming Sidewalk Trees.

He tell me He will Contact the City to get information on the Contractor that is responsible.

Now I am getting letter from the Company (JNR Adjustment Company Inc.) saying I have until August 01 to make payment.
