My camper is titled a 2010 North Trail 26 RKS. June / July my Filon / fiberglass front outside of my camper showed bubbles in the material and the Filon had soft spots in the same bubbled area, just above the aluminum front stone guard. On August 10 my front Filon / fiberglass materail was replaced on my camper by Harold's RV Center, Inc / Heartland Ind. The job passed my inspection and I was pleased with the workmanship. At this time I personally asked Harold From Harold's RV Center Inc if this will hold up or should I consider to replace the camper and he asured me that this was redown and that they made improvment to the inner frame so this would not happen again. Spring of 2013 I contacted Harold that the front of my campers Filon again has bubbled and he said that he needs to inspect it, and that I should bring the camper to his shop in Bath, Pa. Upon inspection he said that the sealant was look good and could find no evidence of any leakage. My complaint is why is this problem happening again and why do I as a comsumer have to replace this at my cost for labor and materail. I also contact Heartland Ind and they laughed at me and said that my 1 year warranty was up and told me it was my problem.
