I pd. Cash for a new camper. Brought it hme. & we had rain. Water was everywhere. I have doc. To prove the work done to fix damages. These damages were done on the lot before i bought the camper. Kit. Counter was wrinkled. Light fell rotten wood etc. A cup was stuck in the slide. After 40 days we bring the camper hme. The slide is crushing the stove. Slide is faulty. Back to the shop & i have doc. They reconstructed the slide. Adding supports with 4x4 & skates. Punching holes in the floor for the bracing. The floor was in 1 piece so no future rot can happen. I complained to keystone the mfg. They said to go to another place. I did do that last wk. Joes marina, sayre, pa. That tech. Said non of the keystone campers have supports & you don't put skates under the slide it is a adjustmnt problem. He refused to work on the camper. I now have a camper with reconstructed work!!! Do these campers need a recall. How safe is this skate job without testing. I feel this new camper with wet wires above the sink could of caused a fire. We were sleeping in that camper the nite it rained. How do you sell a camper unfinished with damage to the slide. I feel we need our money back or another new 2011 camper. We have other issue but not as great as this. We don't approve of camping world repair job. If my keystone needs support for the slide to work, then all keystone campers need a recall. Or was this done unjustly all it needed was adjustmnt. Acording to another dealer. Keystone is not answering our ph. Calls. I had a case with atty. Gen.in n.Y. File no. 979859 (co. Camping world.) they think the case is resolved. How do you resolve the case when no one wants the job except camping world & they messed up the camper before we bought it by allowing a plastic cup to catch under the slide.By the way that plastic cup was not cracked when they showed it to us. That camper back in june shoud of been replaced. If wood was rotten within a wk. What is to happen when the warrantee is over.
