This company offers to provide one report for $1.00; then they take $14.95 instead. When this happened to me, I used a debit card attached to my checking account. Unfortunately, I did not have $14.95 in my checking account to cover the charge even though my bank paid it. The bank also charged me a $37.50 NSF fee. The company did refund the overcharge; but refused to take responsibility for the bank fee they caused me to incur. They have refused to provide me with a physical mailing address for the company; refused to tell me who owns this company; and have refused to give me a name of any responsible, decision making individual higher up than a call center rep who has no common sense or authority to do anything. I believe that it is criminal thinking and behavior when a company uses an offer to elicit financial information for the purpose of obtaining money under false pretenses—OH, I know—that's fraud. Yes this company is made up of a bunch of crooks who are so dishonest they are afraid to let anyone know where they are really located or who really runs the company.
