Airline claimed my children were late for departing flight from Dallas to Orlando. I cant prove they were there on time but then the airline cancelled their return trip which was paid for (I purchased round trip tix) never informed me (The payee) and did not even offer another flight I had to repay for the same flight at a higher rate and have been fighting this for one year. I just don't understand how an airline can do this? My family had to pay almost $2000 more and my children lost I day at Disney if you pay for a service you should receive it. I tell EVERYONE I can not to fly Spirit.
