Consumer Report

Account transferred to them from Bank of America June 4th. Welcome letter received from them stating my account was in "good standing". I made payment June 27th which included late fees due to payment be made late. I noticed July 6th that the payment had not been deducted from my account. I inquired on the website and it stated on July 1st payment was reversed. I contacted them to get the reason why and the representative hung up on me stating they did not like me questioning them with an upset tone. I sent a request via their website for an explanation and have yet to receive one. I immediately made payment that day. I received in mail letter stating that if past and present payment isn't made by a certain date demand for payment and foreclosure will begin. I also tried to look at my payment history July 15th and it was not available. I also received phone calls while I was on vacation daily from them on automatic dialer. I inquired several times on July 15th requesting reason for reversal of payment via website and they simply have not responded. I truly believe they are committing bank fraud. Also within the welcome letter they validated the debt and there were erroneous interest charges added. I have disputed it and requested proof of the amount. The loan transferred to them with late fees assessed previously that was never set up as demand or default. It was Bank of America's policy to add the fees to the end of the loan and were due at that time. This servicer I believe has reversed the payment in an attempt to add the fees from B of A and default the loan and the next step is what they can get the most costs and fees from foreclosure. This is bank fraud and I demand explanation as to why the payment was reversed, why payment history disappeared, and why are they trying to enforce late fees that did not occur with them? I further request that a 30 day is not reported as well as a plan to bring current the late fees that occurred with another servicer.
