I tried to forward my mail and thought I was on USPS websites. They even put "USPS charges $1 to confirm your identity" and then ask for your credit card information. When I called the number on their website (888-208-1966), I was told that this was a service I signed up for. I asked what service was provided and they said you can get valuable coupons, which I had opted out of. I asked for a refund but they refused and said they would only give a partial refund. Once I told them I would file a dispute with my credit card company, they told me they could no longer talk to me. This is a total scam to take advantage of people. There is no "service" they are offering. Why would I pay $19.95 when the post office charges $1??
