This website is a scam. I was trying to change my address via the USPS website - this website looks exactly the same. Also, I did not authorize 3 charges of 19.95 like what was charged to my credit card, but instead was told it would be $1 per transaction (again, this was with the understanding I was on the USPS website). I called the business seven times this morning (1-888-208-1966), but no one answers. This is clearly a scam - the website is designed to deceive (made to look like people are on the USPS website) and they do not provide "customer service" like their website explains they do.
