I was misguided too on the survey there was no mention of the extra charge I unable to call as I am unable to communicate verbally. There is no email address to write to. I feel as I was bamboozled then to have to have frustration trying to find someone to speak to. These surveys are misleading I had the same problem with DEAD SEA BEAUTY KIT. I've had to take anti-drepressant as I am not rich to be paying this amount every month I hope we can fix this problem
