I telephoned needaplumber in Red Deer, Ab on Wed Jul 03rd to request a repair to a toilet. I was promised someone would be here between 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. No one came. Received a call that evening to reschedule appointment for Jul 04th between 12:00 - 2:00 P.M. No one came. Received a call that evening to reschedule for July 05th between 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. No one came. Received yet another call that evening to reschedule for July 08th between 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. No one came. No further contact since then. I contacted a "reliable" plumbing service on July 10th, they were here within 45 minutes as promised. Problem fixed and on their way within 30 minutes. I will be submitting this report to the Red Deer Better Business Bureau as well.
