I paid for a service and did not get the service I paid for. LivingSocial would not help me resolve the problem

I purchased a voucher for skin tightening from Skin Concierge. I found out later that I got IPL treatments instead of the skin tightening. I spoke Skin Concierge and was told that I would be contacted by the manager. She never returned my call. I emailed LivingSocial and told them my problem and they said since I had received service, even if it was not what I paid for, that they were unable to help me.
