I bought a voucher for 10 IPL Hair removals for The CityPoint Club, London. When I contacted the company they told me that my skin is not suitable for treatment at the moment and have to wait. So I contacted them again in January this year as my skin was OK now, but they told me I cannot use all 10 procedures. As the procedures are every 6 weeks I can do max 3. I complained to LivingSocial and they told me they can do refund only week after purchasing the voucher. They sent me a standard letter and didnt bother to look my case at all. City point club London also is not helpful at all.
