At the onset of the agreement, The Local Lighthouse promised several things on the beginning page of contract, including:
Keyword Research
Keyword Rich Content
Site design
Indexing with Google, Yahoo, Bing
Google Places
Analytical Reporting
Site Optimization
Social Media
First Page Placement
Access to PARC (Performance and reporting Center)
with a Target City of Eugene, OR
Terms of Agreement being 6 months at the rate of $199.00 per month.
I added a provision that they would provide proof of their accomplishments of these promises.
This being 3 months out now, they have done almost nothing in showing me that they are satisfying any of these promises. I feel The Local Lighthouse has not provided the amount of service they said they would provide and I may be on the verge of getting scammed.
