On October went looking for a nice place to live, comfortable, quite, simple where people mine the own business. Well it might since like that in the outside but not when you move in. At arrive at Westminster Apartments, at the place I was introduce to a lady by the name of Victoria. Well let me said, the attention the person gets before you move in UNREAL. They talk to you like they know you for ever. They will call you every day, always telling you How they want you to move in into the place, How fast they want to help you for the person to move in, let me said I was very impress, I wanted to move into this apartments as soon as possible, I couldn't wait.
Well I move into the apartment, my self and two kids. Let me said after a week of been at this place, I was discriminated by the same people that help me move in:
Let's start with the rules.
1. Kids are not allow to play outside.
2. People are not allow to speak a diferent laguage, only English.
3. The rentor's is not allow to have people coming over unless you report how may hours the visit will stay, not including they will ask "Personal Questions" Like the person is you're boyfriend "are you having SEX with this person, are this the father of you're kids, this person has a job, does the person has or ever had a criminial background, does any of you're famiy member had ever had or had any drug abuse, etc.
4. If you do not have a automobile under your name you are not allow to drive a vehicle. The people at the office will have the vehicle remove and you will be arrested for traspassing, not to said "don't forget you are the person making the payment on the rent".
5. If by any chance you have a pet, let me said right now Pet Deposit is $300.00 dollars and $15.00 to $25.00 dollars a month. Pets are not allow outside, unless the property manager is walking her dog "Buster", the reason the dog is name "Buster" is because he can smell other dogs. Dogs they are not allow in the property, yes I ask my self the same questions How do you know went the dog or dog's are not allow in the property. I still haven't got and answered.
Well let me said it works like this the property manager her name is Suzane. Well is Mrs. Suzane if you're blood is more the one race. Let me said and she will let you know. If you decide to live in Westminster Apartments you will have to know a FISH is a pet, so you will have to paid the pet deposit $300.00 dollars, and let me said they will not inform you about what they considered pets.
They will say NOTHING, they wait into you move to make sure you have no choice on paying this money and let me inform everyone out there if you decided not to paid this money you will be force to live a life a HELL. They will leave notes at your door every day. They will harass you. They will harass your kids they will call them names. They make sure older kids will bit you're kids and that right there is and excuse to give you another note to move you from this apartments.
After they do all this things to you, they look for other things to do to make sure they will have you arrested or evicted from the apartments.
6. If you're are caught outside you're door, you will be charge $25.00 dollars. If the problem is repeated for a second time, you will be evicted from the property.
7. If you smoke, you're not allow to smoke outside you're apartment or outside you're door, or allow to smoke anywhere in the property. This may cause for you to be evicted from the property, of be fine $25.00 dollars for smoking in any of this rules.
8. If you decide to dispose of your garbage, you as a person and from me to you, make sure is no personal papers with any information, Maintenance Department "all the guys that work for this facility" are allow to go tru you're mail meaning the garbage. You will be charge $25.00 dollars, not to say if you live garbage outside the garbage area. You will be charge $25.00 dollars and property management will not inform you of this charge they make sure of that.
9. If you get to know someone in the same apartment and they are having problem with the property manager, let me said you will be qualify are the other person, and you will live a life of hell.
10. Maintenance Department will walk in your apartment went you're are not there. I have proff of this, video camera. They are allow to walk in your apartment and will lie to you, by saying you reported some problem. They will go through your clothing, drawers, cabinets, kids rooms, they even sit in your sofa and eat and watch TV.
This is nothing. They use your personal things, they even laid on my bed and play my kids playstation2.
I have never been humiliated in my whole life, not to said that after all this has happen Mrs. Suzane and staff will make sure they make it look like you have been the one who has broke all rules.
Please be sure if you ever put a step on this place make sure you know you're rights as a person. Please don't make the same mistake I did. This Apartment are not what the since in the outside. THEY ARE HELL TO LIVE, for the health of you're kids please do not move into this apartment. This is not the only thing they had done to my kids and my family.
If you have Section 8, please do not let them fool you. They will steal your money and they will make sure you lose what you have by lying to your case worker. They will make some lies and they will have paper to prove what they said even when you don't know what they will talk about.
