I ordered the free sample agreeing to pay 2.99 postage which they took immediately they then took another 1.95 the following week now they have taken 84.71 (for what?) I have nopt received anything else from them. I have emailed them twice asking for a refund but to no avail. They state they will reply in 24hrs but have not done so!
