I called the company and they responded within two hours to pick up my TV. Then I heard nothing and had to chase the company up for my TV to be repaired and returned.
After being promised several times that the TV was fixed they finally admitted that the TV was not fixed. On June 21 I finally got my TV returned but so far the company is not moving on getting my money refunded.
