I stupidly took up the offer in a moment of bikini body madness against my better judgement. I ordered the free trial promising a small payment for the postage of the product only. I cancelled the subscription with them before the free trial was up and received confimation of the cancellation. 4 days later 160 GBP had been taken from my account resulting in my account being overdrawn. Not only this, i was unable to take the holiday i had been budgeting for.
I have sent emails to them requesting a refund, funnily enough my emails have been ignored...
