I purchased a car from a very laid back buy here pay here and I explained my situation as I own a onine magazine in town and am very grounded. They wanted me to make a payment by putting money in an envelope (cash) that i was to slide through the mail slot leaving me no receipt or proof of payment. I was maybe 8 days late and they took the car and then assesed me an 800 repo fee. I paid it and I had cancer and have an upper denture that I wanted back and it was gone. I complained and said I wanted the name of the repo comonay they blamed for the 800 repo fee only to find out that the owner repo ths car and there was no repo company and my denture was gone. I filed a report and spent 1800 at western dental. Then they callwdsaying I had no insurance which I did and I was moving with landlord present and I come down to find my trick gone again. Called them they took it but gave it back with proof of insurance that i had! However damaged my 800.00 flat screen that was in the bnck of the truck. Then i was 14 days past due and called with money to pay and no one was there and I realized why, they were tracking me and when I went to work they took my car again. I filed a report and they called it in to the police as missing and the officer was shocked when the owner pulled up to the shop yelling how I was 14 days late. This company got 2,000 dollars down for a 5.999 truck and they harassed me at every turn. Bottom line I have no car, no money, they got the cat back to resell after charging me 1200 in repo and late fees, did nit give me bsck the car with all the property as my denture was gone and I had no upper teeth. There was a friend who saw me put the denture in the console under the radio. These people made my life a living hell and after 4 months took back the car and gave mme nothing in return. Scam Scam Scam and I need advice and do not want anyone to go through the most miserable experience ever.
