Pak watan cargo are a company who take advantage of people who are unable to communicate in English fluently. My mother in law sent over 50kg worth of goods to Pakistan through pak watan. They initially took over the weeks of their collection date to collect the goods and when they finally did arrive it was midnight! They say they deliver within 8 weeks... 10 weeks went by and there was no delivery of goods nor could you get through to them.
I had noticed on there invoice form that if goods were not delivered in 10 weeks they would be destroyed. This caused a panic and unnecessary stress to my mother in law in particular. Then 15 weeks after collection the goods were delivered to our relatives so thankfully they were not destroyed as there were some sentimental goods in there.
The company is highly unorganised, unprofessional and unreliable. We will not be using this company again.
