Attempted to send this email to [email protected]: My name is April Brimhall and I made an account through your website with this email address. I have also left a message to your contact number concerning this: I attempted to purchase a single Wet 2 Straight Remington Hair Straightener, but the website would not let me complete the purchase, it said my debit card was "incorrect." So, I tried it again thinking I made an error, and the same message popped up. I gave up, and exited out of the website. HOWEVER, I checked my bank account today, and it appears that my account is pending TWO purchases from your website at the price of $38.94 each. I tried to sign into my account to see what I could do about a refund, but when I put in my email address, it said "Sorry no account with the email address was found" even though I was sent two requests from Yohiba to "complete my purchase" to THIS exact email address... So, if I could please get a refund or some kind of assurance that my account will NOT be charged $77.88, I would be very grateful. I do not wish to receive any kind of rain check, coupon, or store credit. I would simply like my money back. Thank you. (email failed to send to [email protected])
