Order a promotional e-cigarette starter kit for 4.95 on June 25. On July 8th I found that I was billed 109.67 for something I did not received. After calling and being dropped on the phone the company called back and I was told they would cancel my account and refund me 40.00 of the 109.67. They refused to work with me or listen. So the 4.95 starter kit cost me 40.00 and I am out 69.67, if I do in fact get my refund. I was also told it would take 5-7 days to process... Fat chance I think. Any suggestions what to do next???
