Like the others on this posting, went into this with eyes half open as the "ad" for the "free" sample popped up on Amazon which I have used many times in the past.
My thought is they are now trying to get every cent out of the unfortunate souls that happen to eat the worm on the hook. After the 'quick survey' my order was placed June 8 and of course there was a small 'shipping charge' that was required to be covered. The "2 weeks" went by and resulted in a $96.78USD charge on the card by June 17. Actual product didn't arrive at the door until June 25.
The 'support' e-mail under their contact info doesn't seem to lead anywhere along with the 800 number as numerous attempts have been made to have this stopped with absolutely no success.
