I purchase a coat on the internet from www.doudounesenligne.com. Nowhere on the site it mentionned that these were cheap replicas from china, i was under the impression that the coat was a real canada made winter coat. When i saw the transaction on my visa splip i immediately emailed them to verify that it was real and not fake. I was assured that it was real but when i received it it was clearly fake. I emailed again to have item returned. They offered a 30% discount which i refused since i wanted full credit upon receipt of returned. I returned as instructed to get that credit but they refused item at delivery. I call my visa card but they say that nothing could be done since transaction too late. Coat was returned on january 6 but took over 3 months to get there and another 3 months to come back which is why it took so long before i called them. Please help me get my money back if you can. I have email chain which i can forward.
