Purchased a coat on e bay on may 11 for $349. Usd. Returned the item on may 19. I returned the coat via canada post on may 19 cc 185 600 283 ca. I have been in contact with mr rong via e-mail and at first he would not pick up the item and them he denied getting it, so i had canada post track it and mr rong did indeed receive it. Pay pal has also contacted him and he continually keeps making an excuse every time, the latest being that someone else signed for the package which the coat was in that was addressed to him! He has left me in the position that my 45 day time frame to open a dispute has lapsed and also the time frame for my visa... He has also made out that he could not find any payment relating to the issue and i sent him all the information that i got from paypal!
