Bought a new car on 07/28. Also an extended warranty plan, under the impression that if not used, would get my (1566.00) dollars back. Mailed all info they wanted on 05/03 under their conditions, certified so I would know that they received it. Got complete file back on 06/20 as not deliverable. Going back to dealership. I personally feel the dealership led us astray knowing this particular company was ripping customers off. Knowing this I was shocked to see how many complaints were logged against this company. Hmmmm - Now what to do. What a rip-off
