I purchased a 'trial' pack of a product called 'Pure Collagen' in June via this company's online site, after seeing an ad when reading the Age online. It promised you could cancel at any time. I have attempted to do this via the website from the day after receiving the trial kit, but none on my details are recognised. I have since sent 5 emails asking for assistance and have also tried contacting them on the numbers listed on the website. The Aust., NZ., and toll free direct Las Vegas numbers are not connected, and international directory cannot find the company under Pre CollagenSkin', Dermapure', or the name 'Dermaging' which is the name of the billing company which has charged my credit card with $166.65AU with no further product received. The 2 emails I have received are a 'proforma' which says the same thing - to contact them via their website or the phone (which can't successfully be done!) and so around in circles I go. I have bento the bank to ask them to stop further payments to this company and they are seeing what they do for me.
