I recently ordered a bottle of Slim Optimum and Detox Pro at a trial price of 4.95 each on 6/20. Witout any further notice I received a debit of 89.95 to my accountn 7/03. I immediately called the 1 877-2613439 number DMI SO Trial.com located next to the transaction. I spoke to a rep who very rudely, explained that I was being billed because I hadnt contacted them, within the allotted time to let them know how the product was working. Cust rep told me that I should have read the terms and condition in fine print on website. Then also stated that I could receive a refund minus the 4.95. But I would have to wait 7 business days before i could receive a refund for my purchase. I am outraged at the explanation I was given for the billing I received.
