Aug 23/11 was on a health magazine site and saw trial offer. Didn't take enough time to read fine print I guess, was charged $4.00 ish for trial then I immediately called mastercard and the lean slim customer care number to cancel after seeing reveiws, but was told I had to receive the product then return it for the cancellation to be final. Have never received product and was charged a further $91.00 and change on the 6th of september for product I never received. Emails to customer care get same reply, 'your account is cancelled but you must return unused product for complete cancellation. Mastercard says I need to go through the Lean slim company first.
