This website claims that if you pay the $14.95 fee, they will email all the forms necessary for you to change your last name (due to marriage, divorce, etc.). This website claims to provide ease and convenience to the hassling process of legally changing your name. I submitted my payment and did not receive any forms in my email. I called the contact number from the website on two separate days and both times, no one was available to take my call. I have sent two emails requesting assistance, neither email has received a reply. Where is the convenience in that?
