They claim to provide tracking information but they don't. They claim to reply to emails within 48 hours but they don't. When a Pay Pal resolution was opened I received a system generated bogus email about "mis matched payment/email information" yet there is a confirmation through Pay Pal they were paid and they have my email address because they sent me this bogus email reply.
No matter how badly you may want the Song of the South dvd don't get it here.
