FreedomVoice.com (aka Call Catchers, Inc.) would not honor my request to cancel my account. I had a job loss and couldn't afford the service.instead, they insisted I call their customer service line to "verify" my account number. The truth was they were trying to "save" the account by "freezing" it for $5 per month. NO MEANS NO! I wanted to cancel, yet they kept charging me full-price to my debit card. No job meant my account was in the whole, and each time they pinged the card they caused me an additional $35 in fees to my bank. I have over lost over $60 in successful payments and $300 in associated fees due to their refusal to cancel my account.
