Same sistuation with previous complaint. I Got the adds from work and called and dealed with these rude sale represent customer services people to book my packets (two packets for 6 people is $1100.00 in one group and other group of 4 adults and 2 kids is $850.00.
I had been dealing with these below people:
Gayle Moore, Ashley Wilkerson... At (cs. [email protected]); cs. [email protected]). The last person I spoke with is Gayle Moore, whom promised to call me back to confirm the days but nerver happen (I almost give her the second charge for $240 (include reservation fee and transport fee).
This is a group of people who try to rip off our money and be unreasonable customer service skill.
