I received the fax the same as others. I talked to a sales rep and he was very nice and explained things well, I thought. At the time, I believed him. The first time I paid them was, June 3 which as 498.00. The second time was it had expired, because I could never get anyone to help me. So, stupid me, I gave them another, $250.00 to extend the time frame another two years. I still can't get anyone accept a guy at, 866.663.6741 tells me its not a scam and is 100% valid. He then gave me a different web address of, [email protected] instead of the original one I was given, which was, helpdesk1.info and an email of, cs. [email protected]. He said, they no longer own the company and my vacation was 100% still valid with them.
This is a bunch of bull if you ask me.
