On July 1, I arrived at the airport after a long flight. My cell phone was dead and I didn't have a charger. I found a pay phone at the airport that had a $0.50 per phone call price sticker on it and it accepted credit cards.
I used the phone with my credit card, literally for a 30 second phone call letting my husband know my flight landed early. The next day I was charged $29.08 for the call. I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes and still this issue is unresolved. This is fraud! Criminal! Unjust! I don't know why a company would be allowed to charge this much just for a phone call. This is the most unethical way to make money off of people.
