I bought a 399.00 printer at Frys In 6 months it died They made me go to Palo Alto because they had none left After waiting THREE hours we got a replacement.
Since the price was less, they handled it as a return and used the extra money to apply for insuring it for 3 years
It has now died. They refused to replace it, fix it or call the palo alto store and said we were out of luck
I called Palo Alto store and spoke with someone who could barely speak English. He just asked for my credit card numbers over and over.
I still have a year warranty left but they refuse to help at all. It is also hard to find anyone who speaks English you can understand
