I cancelled by son's contract through certified mail as requested after paying the initial $500 registration fee back in March. I received no reply and after calling the company Natalie was very very rude. Here it is July 1 and they debited my account unauthorized for $237.50. Since, the young lady was so rude I am going to fight fire with fire... No one gave permission after four months of being out of the program to charge my card... With that being said i am going to start a class action lawsuit for those individuals whom have experience the same problem. The only way to get this company back and not allow the same thing to happen to someone else is to sue. My contact info. (Personal Information Removed)
