Mr Friedman served a garnishment on my checking account which was in JT with my late Mother. She died March 23. The garnishment came after the date of death and further more once my Mom died, the account was my account. The funds in the account are from my commission check in real estate. Mr Friedman knows this, he has been told by the BB&T Bank, and shown the paper work and has done nothing. Mean while I cannot access my money in my account. Friedman said he was going to release the funds but has DONE nothing.
