I responded to an advert on the internet for a trial of Dead Sea Products for which only postage and packing charges were made. The parcel arrived in plain wrapper with no address or any paperwork. On the internet there were no terms or conditions. When I checked my account this month Allure have made a charge of £97.95 when I contacted them they informed me I should have received an email setting out terms, I did not receive this, I now have a copy which they have sent. The copy still does not give any prices, terms or conditions or address. The webb site now is also blocked out.
