I ordered 3 x bridesmaid dresses from them last month. They arrived very quickly however 1 of the dresses was a completely diffrent colour to the other 2, I had 2 made to measure however they are far from a good fit, I also ordered them in Chiffon & they come in a completly different saturn looking material. They are awful.initially I recieved emails from them straight away after i placed the order they told me 'everything will be fine' 'please dont worry', i have been emailing now for 3 days & sent photographs of the dresses, I've called & I've tried the online chat they have on thier site and heard nothing back. I did pay via paypal so i am thinking of recovering my money from them. Does anyone know how I go about this?
