I found an unauthorized purchase of $19.95 in my American Express Card statement. American Express investigated the case and found that this person used my Amex credit card to purchase Windows Live Hotmail Plus subscription ($19.95 per account per year) on April 3, which includes 10 GB of total MSN Hotmail account space.
