I responded to a pop-up for an offer to try out some skin cream for a very reasonable amt of about 10.00 so I stupidly gave my credit card info. I did receive the products but had not used them. I was travelling a lot and when I returned found a package... Chd my credit card bill and found I had been billed about $200, then called visa, they said another charge of $200 had also been added to my account... My total now is $401.23 of unauthorized billing. There was no indication on my order for samples that they would keep on sending product... If there was it was so minute you wouldnt have noticed. Visa said they cudnt help me... I wud have to call Lorelia and cancel and chk on their refund policy. I called but was on hold for 30 minutes and gave up. I am out of town and know for sure that when I get home there will be another package awaiting me. WONDERFUL, but even more devestating is that as I am typing this, they will be billing me again. I will today try cancelling online with them. And will also return unwanted product to them requesting full refund. I do think this company is operating in an unethical if not illegal way... So do you think i will get a refund???
