I received a call from a Tommy Nelson that they had sold my timeshare for $24,000 and the buyer had put down a deposit of $400. I was told they needed $1898.00 for legal fees to transfer title or timeshare to owners & if they backed out I would receive half of the deposit. After sending back signed papers and numerous phone calls and now when I call they have a message that they are having technical difficulties and I am unable to contact them now. I was scammed!
