Don falsly advertised "Microsoft Office for Mac 2008 Business Edition" as a full version copy and charged me for a full version copy. Only in 1 of his pictures in tiny print can you see that is an upgrade. I did not find this out until I tried to install the software and it would not install. I emailed him and He states its my fault since I did not see the small print in the single picture. I asked for a refund or discount for the difference in price, he refused.
