Received a call for not the first time. Last time I was called before this I recognized they are using a sound board to communicate so that they do not have a real person's voice on the phone, rather a series of pre-recorded responses. The usual spiel of jobs, internet survey, need information from you... Sorry, not getting any of that. Asked for a supervisor in the past and finally got someone that wasn't the sound board tell me I would never speak to a supervisor and hung up on me. This time got final confirmation of a sound board when they tried to get me to hang up by playing their "Goodbye." They then pressed the "Goodbye" activation button a few times, followed by pressing it in rapid succession, resulting in "G-G-G-G-Good-G-G-Goodb-Goodbye..." for a bout a minute straight.
